Explore the 414

For the past nine months I have been shamelessly promoting my first book “100 Things to Do in Milwaukee Before You Die.” It’s my first book, okay, I am excited. And who doesn’t want ideas about what to do in the city?

Though the book lives on, my efforts are moving towards exploring beyond the 100 things I selected for the book. New events, restaurants, bars and other points of interest are waiting for me and I am ready for new adventures. Follow @Explorethe414 on Instagram for a featured event of the week, tips on how to get the most out of your experiences and course, pictures of me out in the city discovering new spots. Allow me to be your city concierge, your go-to girl and a resource for all things 414. (In case you don’t know, 414 is Milwaukee’s area code, made famous, in part, by local artist and t-shirt slinger Too Much Metal Fred. Check out his 414 branded apparel to show your pride)

I am also continuing to write for Milwaukee Magazine and MKE Lifestyle. If you have ideas on story topics you’d like to see, please send me an email.
